Here at Duos we strive to produce great food that is superior and unique to any
other caterer in Seattle. We are passionate about sourcing ingredients that are
local, sustainable, organic, and seasonal, and we hold a very high standard of
our products.
William Yee, co-owner and chef of Italian and Asian cuisine, has trained along side
great chefs such as Chef Martin Yan and Chef Sabrina Tinsley. His love for food
began as a child under the watchful eye of his mother and mentor, and he has built
an extensive knowledge of food that is very apparent in his cooking. Our chef and
co-owner Joshua Cooper specializes in Mexican and Northwest cuisine. He too has
been mentored by family cooks and he has gracefully mastered the cuisine of his
upbringing. This duo brings a new twist to Seattle's catering scene forming an
unmatched fusion of progressive and unique dishes.
