Duos Catering began as a shared dream between our Chefs Joshua Cooper and William Yee to own and operate a sustainable company that utilizes the abundance of local products while giving back to the community. Our mission to use as many local products has taken our chefs on a geographical adventure meeting many local farmers, foragers, and artisanal crafters of all kinds. Duos has a simple goal to create beautifully presented and flavorful food, using local ingredients, while providing classic tastes with a progressive spin. Duos Catering is family owned and operated.
